Spring sprung with the arrival of our new 8” diesel wood chipper – TW 280HB DIESEL in May, so it’s been a busy quarter to say the least!

April
Dealer days
We invited our UK dealer network and overseas distributors to Timberwolf HQ for Dealer Training Days to introduce them to our new product – TW 280HB DIESEL.
Dealers and distributors spent time learning the theory behind the machine, as well as lots of hands-on demo experience over at Haughley Park.
Staff lunch and learn launch
To round up April, we finished the month with our staff ‘Lunch and Learn’ ahead of the official public release in May of the TW 280HB DIESEL. It gave staff the opportunity to see all their hard work in action – from finance and purchasing, engineering and warehouse, all areas of the business enjoyed a live demo followed by a fish and chip lunch to celebrate!
Thurston College open day
Timberwolf were invited to Thurston College’s open day to chat to students about the wide range of apprenticeships that we have to offer at Timberwolf – being a leading manufacturing business in Suffolk we take pride in our learning and development programmes!

TW 280HB DIESEL launch
May started with a bang thanks to the launch of the highly anticipated TW 280HB DIESEL. Our brand new TW 280HB DIESEL is a road towable 8” inch diesel wood chipper powered by an industry recognised 55hp Hyundai engine. Designed to tackle the toughest of jobs, this wood chipper is easy to use and easy to own.

The Arb Show
The sun shone for us at The ARB Show 2025, we were had the chance to showcase our whole portfolio of Timberwolf wood chippers and Rayco stump grinders.
It was great to see so many familiar faces and have the chance to welcome new members to our pack!
June
Firma Thomas visit
June kicked off with a trip to see our Belgium distributor, Firma Thomas, to launch the TW 280HB DIESEL overseas! On our three-day trip we were able to showcase our latest machine as well as chatting with local tree surgeons on how Timberwolf can support them.
UK Dealer visits
Our UK Dealer Sales teams were busy driving round the country supporting our dealer network with several open days and demonstrations. We also supported our dealers with their local events including Ben Burgess at The Norfolk Show, Russells depot open days and much more!
Company fundraising recap
Our Charity of the Year for 2025 is the Alzheimer’s Society, and we have been busy fundraising this Spring including activities such as a Plant Sale for Wellbeing Week and Easter themed Bingo!
Not only that, to support World Hunger Day we dropped a box of donations to Stowmarket Food Bank.
