Timberwolf grows in strength with addition of two new dealers

Timberwolf prides itself on providing the industry’s strongest customer support network, which has been strengthened further with the appointment of two new dealers; Masons Kings and Tallis Amos Group (TAG).

Masons Kings offer sales and technical support throughout North Somerset, Devon and Cornwall via three depots located in Exebridge, Chudleigh and St Columb. These three depots are well located for existing and new Timberwolf owners in the South West, ensuring there are trained technicians and parts located even closer to their businesses, reducing the down-time required for servicing and providing quick access to spares, as well as an increase to the Sales and Demonstration teams in the area.

Masons Kings have over 42 trained technicians and a fleet of support vans, fully-fitted with the latest equipment and technology, ensuring Timberwolf owners receive an efficient and premium service when they need it.

Tallis Amos Group (TAG) have four depots serving Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Bristol with a support network of 60 qualified service engineers and technicians.

The Tallis Amos Group was formed in 2012 as an amalgamation of three reputable, strong and successful dealerships and retains a dedicated, loyal workforce who are well known for their skills, knowledge and experience. Their passion and commitment to their customers is a great benefit for Timberwolf owners in the area.

The addition of these two dealers adds 4 depots to the Timberwolf Network, bringing the total to 38, further strengthening the access Timberwolf customers have to expert support and advice. The network already has 225 Timberwolf Trained Technicians, and the service engineers from Masons Kings and Tallis Amos Group have joined the rigorous Timberwolf training programme to ensure they can fully-support Timberwolf owners to a high standard.

Further changes to strengthen the Timberwolf Dealer Network is the territory extension of Ben Burgess GroundsCare Equipment to include the Bedford and Milton Keynes area from their brand-new, purpose-built depot at Ellington.

Ben Burgess’s commitment to offering Timberwolf customers a high standard of sales and service support has contributed to the extension of their coverage beyond their current territories of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire.

Guy Marshlain, Sales and Marketing Director, said: “We know our machines are a crucial element in the smooth running of businesses throughout the UK. Which is why end-to-end support for our customers is something we provide with every Timberwolf product.

“This is a unique service, unrivalled by any other UK based wood chipper manufacturer, and we’re very excited to welcome Masons Kings and Tallis Amos Group to our dealer network and to see Ben Burgess expand their territory. Their industry experience and expertise will only strengthen what is already the industry’s strongest customer support network”.
