Eastern Tree Surgery are Winning with Timberwolf

Timberwolf have announced the winner of their ‘Win with Timberwolf’ Stihl Chainsaw competition as Chris Cole, the Managing Director of Eastern Tree Surgery Ltd based in Cambridgeshire. Over 2600 entrants from the arboriculture industry completed a short survey to enter the prize draw and Chris Cole was picked at random to win a Stihl MS 500i chainsaw.

Timberwolf Product Marketing Manager, Antony Alexander, met with Chris Cole to hand over the prize at his local Timberwolf Dealer branch, Ben Burgess’s Ellington depot. Chris was understandably delighted to have won the ‘Win with Timberwolf’ competition, especially as he has a long history owning Timberwolf machines.

Eastern Tree Services Win with Timberwolf Testimonial

Chris Cole explains, “Eastern Tree Surgery has always owned Timberwolf wood chippers, including its predecessor Entec machines. We currently run three TW 150DHB’s and one brand new TW 230DHB diesel wood chipper. With jobs based all over East Anglia, and sometimes further afield, it’s important to us that our equipment will not let us down whilst out on site, it has to be bulletproof. We can always rely on our Timberwolf machines to get the job done quickly and efficiently and maintain our reputation as a professional  arboricultural service provider in our region.”

“Timberwolf wood chippers are easy to maintain, very robust and their reliability is second to none. They are also easy to use and intuitive, so I know that new staff members will not have a problem learning to use the machines safely as part of their basic training. The sub-750kg weight of the TW 150DHB and TW 230DHB machines means that anyone on the team can tow them, irrespective of having a towing licence or not. The machines are also easy to manoeuvre once on site, which is perfect for domestic jobs when access can be difficult.”

“As a Timberwolf owner, it is reassuring to have the support of my local Timberwolf Dealer, Ben Burgess GroundsCare Equipment, when I need to order spare parts, service my machines or require specialist advice from their Timberwolf-trained technicians.” said Chris. “We have been in the arboriculture business for 4 generations and we would not be where we are today without Timberwolf’s experience of developing wood chippers to meet the demanding needs of our industry.”

Antony Alexander, Product Marketing Manager, said, “Our ‘Win with Timberwolf’ competition ran during April and May 2019 and gathered invaluable feedback from members of the arboriculture industry, including our own customers. This feedback provides clear direction from our audience to our Engineering and Product Development Teams to ensure they continue to develop the best possible product range for our customers.”

Congratulations to Chris Cole and thank you to those who participated in the survey and entered the prize draw.
